Helping men find mission

and engage in the local church

“Only 6% of men in America have a biblical worldview.”
Most are disconnected from the Church, unclear about their purpose, and spiritually asleep.

The event that helps turn sideline men into committed leaders in the church

  • “A man on mission becomes a man of generosity. He gives, tithes, and invests in what matters most—God’s Kingdom.”

  • "Men thrive when they have a mission, not just a meeting. Find their God given purpose… and you’ll see them engage."

  • "God rarely reveals your full mission in isolation — He shapes it, sharpens it, and sends it through His Church."

  • "Men were never called to simply attend the Church — they were called to advance it."

  • "Finding your mission will give you clarity when life gets confusing, strength when the battle gets heavy, and purpose when the world tries to pull you in every direction."

Pastor & Men’s Ministry Leader,

Do you have men who attend but don’t engage?

Here’s what I’ve seen up close: when men drift, darkness thrives.

I’ve spent over a decade on the frontlines of anti-trafficking work, operations, recovery teams and sitting with survivors. There’s one thing that’s clear: the sex trafficking industry is being fueled by broken, passive men.

That reality is hard to stomach. But it’s also where the hope is. Because if men can be part of the problem they can absolutely be part of the solution.

The deeper I got into this fight, the more I realized… trafficking isn’t just about what happens in dark corners of the world. It’s connected to what’s happening in our homes, in our churches, in our culture — when men live without purpose, without conviction, without mission.

That’s the WHY for Men of Justice — to call men into the mission God has for them in your church. To help them become spiritual leaders, protectors, and men of courage — in their families, in the church, and in the culture around them.

If this resonates— if you see disengaged men in your church — I’d be honored to come alongside what you’re building and help call your men into that greater mission. To serve, give and grow into the spiritual leaders God has called them to be.

In the fight with you,
Andrew Dawson
